How do I connect a platform like YouTube or Twitch?+
Go to My Profile → Platforms tab, find the platform you want to connect, and click Connect. You'll be sent to that platform's own login screen to authorize CrowdWatch.
Why can't I connect my Instagram account?+
Instagram requires a Business or Creator account — personal accounts aren't supported by Instagram's own API for any third-party app. If you see a prompt to switch account types during connect, that's Instagram's own free, no-commitment upgrade flow.
How many channels can I connect per platform?+
Free plans include 1 channel per platform. Pro includes 2, and Premium includes up to 5. If you need more than that on a single platform, contact us for a custom solution.
How often does my content update?+
Connected platforms sync automatically in the background roughly every 30 minutes — no need to manually refresh anything.
Can I connect more than one channel on the same platform?+
Yes, on Pro and Premium plans. Go to Platforms, find the platform you've already connected, and click "Add another channel" (or "Add another Facebook Page" for Facebook).
