Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, and connected social media platform data when you create an account or connect platforms to CrowdWatch.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: (a) provide and improve the Service; (b) display your live stream information to viewers on CrowdWatch; (c) send you notifications about your account; (d) respond to your requests and support needs.

3. Platform Connections

When you connect third-party platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc.), we store OAuth tokens to access your publicly available stream data. We only request the minimum permissions necessary to display your live stream information.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes. We share data with third-party services only as necessary to operate CrowdWatch (e.g., authentication providers, cloud hosting).

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption of data in transit and at rest. OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored securely.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may disconnect any connected platform at any time through your profile settings. For GDPR or CCPA requests, contact us directly.

8. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We record which CrowdWatch features you use to improve CrowdWatch. This record does not include your IP address; signed-out visitors are counted with a random first-party cookie.

9. Children's Privacy

CrowdWatch is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
